For our Rietberg Café we are looking for 1. February 2027 or by agreement an innovative and service-oriented personality.
Tasks
- They manage and organize the guest area independently, lead the service team operationally, work themselves in the service, at the counter and in the sales and are the contact person for our guests.
- They plan the offer to match the exhibition themes, create the assignment planning, control the working hours and train the employees on the job.
- They plan and supervise events and events from preparation to implementation.
- You take over the purchasing planning, check the delivery notes, condense the invoices and perform general administrative tasks.
- You are responsible for the correct cash management and daily billing, compliance with the company hygiene according to the guidelines of the health inspectorate as well as for the implementation of the café concept and the management in the absence of the café manager.
Profile
- Hotel management school degree or sound vocational training as Chef de Service as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- In-depth expertise in the service and banquet sector as well as enjoyment of working with international customers
- Host*in with passion with high customer orientation and pronounced willingness to provide services, flexibility, also in the evening, on weekends and public holidays,
- Team-capable, reliable, resilient and self-responsible personality with communication and organizational talent as well as experience in the operational management of teams
- Good IT skills, German in word and writing, oral English skills and French skills
