In the area of Service Heating & Sanitary you take the lead of the Zurich region. With your team, you ensure the highest quality of service, develop processes further and actively and entrepreneurially shape the future of the area.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the service department – professional, personnel, organizational, technical and economic.
- Ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction and timely order processing.
- Responsibility for operational planning, resource management and budget control.
- Support of sales in calculation, quotation preparation and customer advice.
- Continuous optimization of service processes as well as introduction of digital tools and modern working methods.
- Active market development and further development of the service business.
You bring that with you
- Completed basic education in building technology, heating or sanitation, supplemented by suitable further training – for example as a master with federal law. Diploma, technician HF, engineer FH or technical merchant/woman. Equal training is also welcome.
- Several years of experience in the service business of sanitary/heating and management experience in a comparable position.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high customer orientation and a strong quality awareness.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method.
- Secure handling of modern IT systems (ERP, MS Office, mobile service tools).
- Strong communication skills and joy in working with people.
