Main responsibilities
- Attentive and competent care and advice of guests at the cash desk and at the service station
- distribution of food and drinks incl. Debt collection
- Active sale with additional sales as well as recommendation of our specials Implementation of cash and daily accounts
- Advising guests on our offer and information on allergens
- Compliance and implementation of all hygiene regulations (HACCP) Requirements
- Several years of experience in service or gastronomy
- Friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented appearance
- Affinity to system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
- Resilience and tranquility even with large numbers of guests
- Readiness for shift, weekend and holiday services
