- Active sales with additional sales and recommendation of our specials
- Carrying out cash balances and daily accounts
- Advising guests on our offerings and information on allergens
- Compliance and implementation of all hygiene regulations (HACCP) requirements
- Several years of experience in service or in the catering industry
- Friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented appearance
- Affinity to System gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
- resilience and calmness even with large numbers of guests
