Main responsibilities
- Courteous and competent support and advice for guests at the checkout and at the service station
- Serving out food and drinks incl. Debt collection
- Active sales with additional sales and recommendation of our specials
- Execution of cash balances and daily statements
- Advising guests on our offerings and information on allergens
- Compliance and implementation of all hygiene regulations (HACCP) requirements
- Several years of experience in service or in the catering industry
- Friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented appearance
- Affinity for system catering and enjoyment of structured processes
- Resilience and calmness even with large numbers of guests
