Main responsibilities
- Assessment of risks in the areas: UVG (compulsory accident insurance), UVG supplementary insurance, collective sickness allowance insurance (KTG) Processing of alerts/broker requests
- Implementation of renewal and rehabilitation measures Professional support of brokers Participation in customer meetings Monitoring the profitability of own stock
- Analysis of loss rates and portfolio developments
- Participation in product and process improvements Requirements
- University of Applied Sciences, degree of insurance specialist or comparable underwriting training
- Several years of experience in the underwriting of UVG and KTG in the field of broker management
- Good knowledge of social security and personal insurance Negotiation skills Customer and broker orientation Self-employed work
- High resilience and decision-making capacity Communication strength and teamwork
