- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
Key requirements

- Proven track record in high-quality, high-volume recruitment across diverse roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)

- Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
