Main responsibilities

  • Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth service operations, guest service during your shift
  • Enforcing and meticulously maintaining the hotel’s internal standards regarding guest service Taking reservations
  • Welcoming guests, seating them, providing guest service, and seeing them off
  • Knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu, as well as all services available at the hotel
  • Providing friendly, prompt, and clean service of food and beverages, as well as attentive and friendly guest service. Training new employees Here’s what we offer you
