- You are the central technical contact for our individual life sales partners and support them competently with complex issues relating to pension and life insurance products
- You handle demanding partner and customer concerns independently and ensure high-quality and timely processing
- You coordinate complex business cases with internal specialist departments and take on an important interface function within the organization
- You support the creation of evaluations, presentations and decision-making bases and contribute to a professional organization within the partnerships area
- You identify optimization potential in processes and actively participate in projects and further development initiatives
