Create the future of professional cleaning with us As a (senior) calculator / pricing manager cleaning, you will continue to develop the Facility & Property Management division of Equans Switzerland on a national level. You are the central contact person for tenders in the field of cleaning and develop economic, innovative and customer-oriented solutions for national customers.

• You control complex bid and tender processes from request to contract signing.
• You analyze tender documents and coordinate the entire tender process with sales, operations and specialists: inside.
• You will develop supply and pricing strategies for maintenance, specialty and infrastructural cleaning services.
• You carry out total and partial calculations in the area of infrastructural building management (IGM).
• You develop space, personnel and performance calculations for demanding customer mandates.
• You create professional offer and customer presentations and accompany customer appointments.
• You ensure the quality and timely submission of all offer documents.
• You optimize processes, templates and digital tools and use modern AI solutions to increase efficiency.

That's what makes you.

• Completed training or further education in facility management, building cleaning, business administration or a similar discipline.
• Several years of experience in the calculation of cleaning and facility services.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructural building management (IGM), especially in the area of maintenance and special cleaning.
• Experience with specifications, tenders and area calculations. Strong numerical understanding as well as a structured and analytical working method.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM, CAFM and AI tools is beneficial.
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
