- As a Senior Project Lead in our Project Delivery Team in MSAT, you will assume the end-to-end responsibility for delivering highly complex cross-functional projects in NPC Operations, such as technology transfers or product care projects.
- These projects are typically large, cross-functional global projects across NPC Operations including investments of >20mio €.
- The teams work in very close conjunction with R&D, Quality, and site functions.
- You take over the functional matrix leadership of large teams consisting of various members such as technical specialists as well as sub-teams and will ensure smooth and efficient project delivery within NPC Operations and beyond.
- You are a project management professional and ensure an end-to-end ownership mindset in your project team, ensuring projects are considered complete only when their intended business outcomes are fully realized.
