As a university clinic, we combine clinical expertise with research and teaching – in a working environment characterized by interdisciplinary cooperation, trust and personal responsibility. 100% For our psychotherapy unit for women with a focus on personality and trauma follow-up disorders of the Center for Depression, Anxiety Disorders and Psychotherapy of Adult Psychiatry at the Lenggstrasse site, we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by arrangement, initially limited to 6 months with option of renewal, one or more Their tasks
- Leading a medical/psychological team and supervising the treatment of inpatients with mental illness, including diagnosis, therapy and exit planning
- Application of targeted treatment concepts in the context of the focus on personality disorders and trauma follow-up disorders, in particular dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT) and trauma-specific therapies (especially narrative exposure therapy / DBT-PTSD)
- Supervision of treatment by and supervision of assistant doctors and psychologists
- Participation in teaching and further training of assistant doctors and psychologists
- Further development of the treatment concept of the station in cooperation with the multi-professional team and the care and in coordination with other units with a focus on personality disorders and trauma follow-up disorders in the center
Your profile
- Presence of a Swiss medical diploma (MEBEKO registered) or MEBEKO recognition of the foreign medical diploma (not registration) plus MEBEKO language entry German
- Specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy completed or shortly before
- Leadership experience with high independence and self-organization
- experience in personality and trauma follow-up disorders
- Knowledge of specific therapeutic procedures is advantageous
- Interest in innovative treatment concepts including interventional psychiatry (e.g. repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation [rTMS], electroconvulsion treatment [EKT], electroencephalogram diagnosis [EEG])
- German language skills in word and writing at level C2
