Do you want to combine medical activity with leadership and corporate responsibility? In this position, you actively participate in the further development of an established outpatient practice. The established outpatient group practice is part of a larger medical network in German-speaking Switzerland. Various medical and therapeutic disciplines work closely together at the site. The team comprises around 11 employees, including about five doctors, doctors and therapeutic specialists as well as six medical practice assistants. As part of a succession arrangement, an experienced specialist in gynecology and obstetrics is sought, who takes over the medical management and develops the location together with the existing team.
Their tasks
- Independent outpatient care of gynecological patients
- Medical and professional management of the site
- Leadership and further development of the multiprofessional team
- Co-design of processes, structures and strategic orientation
- Responsibility for economic development and participation in budget planning
- Maintenance and expansion of the network to assignees, hospitals and other service providers
Your Competences
- Specialist title in gynecology and obstetrics or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- At least three years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system
- Leadership experience in a medical function
- Interest in economic contexts and corporate responsibility
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
