Your impact
- Advise companies and private equity funds on national and international M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle.
- Analyze valuation-relevant tax aspects and bring your insights to tax due diligence, EV-to-equity bridges, net debt, management incentive plans and SPA negotiations.
- Develop sustainable and cash flow-effective financing and acquisition structures and accompany the tax integration of target companies.
- Responsible for complex M&A tax projects from planning to implementation and ensure high-quality, timely project implementation.
- Use AI and innovative technologies to continuously increase the quality and efficiency of our consulting. Question results critically and actively shape the further development of our working methods together with the team.
- Lead and promote employees professionally and personally and create an environment that supports cooperation, personal responsibility and continuous development.
- Build long-term customer relationships and your own portfolio by developing innovative deal value propositions in the PwC ONE Deals team and successfully positioning them in the market.
Your skill set
- Several years of professional experience in Swiss and international corporate tax consulting with a clear focus on M&A transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss tax environment as well as a reliable understanding of the interfaces between taxes, valuation, financing and legal framework conditions.
- Degree as a Swiss tax expert: in or a completed degree at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences, for example in business administration, economics, finance or law.
- Proven experience in managing complex customer projects and, depending on the seniority level, in the professional and personal management of employees.
- Practical experience in the use of AI-supported tools in the consulting or steering environment as well as the ability to formulate tasks and prompts precisely, to review results from reliable sources and to continuously improve AI-supported workflows. You deal responsibly with confidential data and observe data protection and quality requirements.
