Main responsibilities
- As an experienced generalist, together with our team, you are responsible for a smooth first and second level support of our Electronic Workplace environment and special systems
- You analyze and fix errors in the EWP environment or support 3rd-level support as well as our external partners professionally in solution finding.
- As an Incident Manager, you will coordinate specialists in larger operating disorders, arrange the solution process and ensure communication to customers, employees and management.
- You work in projects and carry out individual technical projects.
- You support the IT dispatch during absences.
