Key requirements

- Master’s degree in HR, business or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in human capital consulting or equivalent professional advisory environment or
- 4-6 years’ experience in HR project roles within financial industry
- Experience in implementing and managing promotion processes, internal mobility and talent marketplace processes
- Confident in dealing with line managers and employees of different hierarchies and personalities in an international environment
- Proficient user of Workday and advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite (in particular PowerPoint and Excel, of help if familiar with VBA)
- Fluent in English and German, excellent in verbal and written communication You are proactive and self-motivated
- You navigate and adapt effectively and independently within changing situation
- Empathetic communicator who builds trust quickly
