This is the job - your main tasks
- You help create solutions from the beginning. Together with specialists, architects and delivery leads, you will concretize requirements, develop technical solutions and make their feasibility tangible through demos, PoCs and MVPs.
- You develop data & AI applications to production maturity. You implement services, agents and agent teams and integrate AI components into APIs, databases, subject systems and user interfaces.
- You have direct customer contact, clarify requirements, mirror solution ideas and advise the subject.
- You bring solutions reliably into the customer environment. You automate builds and deployments, integrate logging and monitoring, and support error analysis, operations and development in cloud and on-prem environments.
- You use AI throughout the development process. You use coding assistants, agents and specification-based development from requirements clarification to automated testing. You understand, check and take responsibility for the generated code.
- You take responsibility in the project team. You structure and value work packages, participate in workshops and develop reusable components.
This job is for you if...
- Practical experience along the software development lifecycle. You have developed solutions with AI components, deployed them and accompanied them in productive use. You know the challenges of moving from prototype to productive application.
- Sound software engineering know-how. You’ll master Python at production-ready levels and bring project experience to another enterprise stack like C#/.NET or Java/Spring Boot. Modular code, API development, SQL and Git are part of your craft.
- Practical experience with Agentic AI. You know agents, agent teams and agentic frameworks as well as tool calling, structured spending and multimodal processing with voice and vision. You specifically implement permissions, error handling and human-in-the-loop.
- Experience with data processing and system integration and security in quality assurance and DevOps.
- Consulting skills and enjoyment of working with people, as well as very good knowledge of German at at least C1 level

- In-depth expertise in an engineering focus: for example, complex agent orchestration, backend development, frontend/full stack or AI infrastructure.
- Experience with sophisticated user interfaces: You have implemented intuitive interactions for AI applications, such as voice assistants, document verification or human sharing in automated processes.
- Experience with local AI infrastructure: You have deployed models yourself and optimized inference, resource consumption or performance in on-prem environments.
- Experience in building common development components, project templates or automated development and deployment processes
