- Ability to present complex content clearly and structuredly.
- Analytical Competence: Strong Analytical Skills and Structured Operation with the ability to quickly capture complex facts and to translate them into sound analyses and feasible recommendations.
- Digital affinity: Safe to use common tools (e.g.
- Excel, PowerPoint) as well as open to modern data analysis and AI tools;
- Knowledge of data processing, statistical software or programming languages is advantageous.
- Personal profile: High initiative, willingness to learn and team orientation.
- Embossed customer orientation as well as the claim to achieve sustainable impact on customers together with the team.

- As a senior associate in Strategy& Team, you work with leading national and international organizations from different industries.
- Together with your team, you develop analyses, strategies and concepts along the entire value chain – from business and operating models to technology and digital strategies to transformation programs.
- You take responsibility for clearly defined project modules or workstreams and drive their content forward.
- In doing so, you structure problems, carry out sound analyses and guide data-based action recommendations.
- In close cooperation with project management and team, you make sure that results are consistent, loadable and implementation-oriented.
- In addition, you work closely with customers: both, prepare results for addressing and support the presentation of key insights towards management and decision-making bodies.
- You will receive early responsibility for central analysis and content within the project work.
- In addition, you actively contribute to teamwork, support younger colleagues and contribute to an open and collaborative team culture.
