- Take care of the portfolio management tool and establish, oversee and further develop our strategic project management framework at both the firm and Line of Service (LoS) levels to ensure consistent execution and prioritization of investments.

- Requisiti - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in strategic project portfolio management, ideally within a consulting environment (e.g.
internal strategy department, inhouse consulting) - Proven ability to align projects with strategic goals and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in data analysis, target operating models, resource allocation, and financial impact assessment, with experience in reporting to senior stakeholders.

- Fluent communication and facilitation skills in English and German is a must.
