Company and context
- Configuration and maintenance of HR-relevant system settings such as workflows, business rules and organizational structures
- Analysis, processing and sustainable solution of complex incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Support with release changes, tests (UAT/regression tests) and in ensuring a stable system landscape
- Close collaboration with HR, Payroll, SSC and IT to implement and optimize HR processes
- Participation in HR transformation, standardization and digitalization projects within the Hirslanden Group
- Ensuring data quality, documentation and compliance with defined governance and system standards YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of experience in the area of HRIS, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- In-depth knowledge of HR administration, HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Experience in the functional configuration of SAP SuccessFactors EC
- Analytical and structured way of working with a high level of solution and service orientation
