Role overview
You will become part of an interdisciplinary team in the field of data and information protection as well as compliance.

Company and context
- The team supports the organization in addressing complex regulatory requirements, particularly those related to data protection and company-wide compliance.
- In a dynamic and international environment, you will work on a wide range of questions and actively contribute to the further development of processes, guidelines and solutions.
- Responsibility and coordination of assigned requests, contract negotiations and internal projects
- Independent support of central group mailboxes, including answering daily inquiries and coordination within the teams
- Analysis of complex legal issues related to data processing, data flows and data transfers as well as people and firm compliance, including development of practical solutions
- coordination and support of various processes within the Technology Risk and Risk Management Team
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists from other fields such as IT, Human Resources and Cyber Security
- Participation in the development and further development of policies, guidelines, regulations and processes as well as their communication
- Advice and support in other, evolving legal fields in the field of data protection and compliance in close cooperation with experienced professionals
- Successfully completed master’s degree in law, preferably in Swiss law
Additional details
- Organization, coordination and support of various processes within the Technology Risk and Risk Management Team
- Strong interest in data protection, information and technology law and compliance, ideally complemented by practical experience and/or certification (e.g. CIPP/E) or relevant training
- Very good knowledge of German and English at least C2 level; Other foreign languages are beneficial
