Main responsibilities
- You monitor the lodge during continuous operation, operate security-related technology and process reports and alarms.
- You carry out regular inspection tours and ensure safety and order on the area.
- You intervene in medical emergencies as well as fire, gas and technical alarms (HKLS).
- You look after the telephone switchboard, forward calls and provide information.
- You receive and register visitors and assist with general inquiries.
- You manage the delivery and return of keys for authorized persons.
Key requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience: in the required area
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): Completed technical training or equivalent
- Technical flair and quick understanding of security and building technology.
- Flexible, resilient personality with an impeccable reputation and good physical condition;
- Willingness to work irregular working hours including night and weekend shifts.
- Good PC user knowledge, quick comprehension of monitoring, control center and access systems as well as good MS Office knowledge.
- High reliability, independent and customer-oriented way of working, confident demeanor even in hectic situations.
