Full description
In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a school assistant in the supervision of a student in Maienstrasse immediately. Due to temporary spoken resources, the position is to be filled for the time being until the end of the calendar year. A continuation of the post cannot be guaranteed.
Tasks
- Accompaniment and easier guidance from a student with special needs in day-to-day care
- Assumption of support measures with a child according to order management care
- Co-creation of positive social and learning-enhancing relationships with and between students
- The care days are each on midday/do. from 12:00 to 17:00. In addition to these, Mo./Di./Fr. can be taken from 12:00 to 13:30
Profile
- Good knowledge of German (level at least B2, level C1 advantageous) and basic PC user knowledge (e.g. Word, Outlook)
- Experience in dealing with children and young people, patience and resilience
- Good communication skills, openness to new and surprising situations, safe appearance
- Good social skills, teamwork and flexibility
- Confidentiality and discretion against the outside as well as willingness to further develop in pedagogical topics
