- You will identify potential for consolidation and optimization for the Migros industry and, together with the relevant stakeholders, identify necessary changes in order to sustainably develop processes.
- Together with the process experts, you develop technical solution concepts (FSP) and ensure that they optimally meet the technical requirements.
Main responsibilities

- You implement solutions, test them as part of Functional Unit Tests (FUT) and ensure their successful commissioning in compliance with time, budget and quality requirements.
- You will conduct key user trainings, show & tell sessions and system demos and impart new knowledge in a practical and understandable way.
- You provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support, analyze disruptions and provide efficient and sustainable solutions.
- You will create technical solution documentation (FSP, customizing and implementation concepts) and keep it up-to-date and comprehensible.
- You plan and implement new SAP processes as well as adaptations of existing processes and ensure their efficient and sustainable integration. Requirements

- Several years of professional experience: Min. 3-5 years as internal/external SAP consulting/application support.
- In the field of warehouse management systems.
- Operational experience from the field of logistics is an advantage
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): In computer science, business informatics or industrial engineering
- Practice in the analysis of requirements and processes as well as in the development of viable professional solutions.
- Consulting strength to competently accompany, support and successfully implement changes.
- Strong communication and social skills, like to work together with different stakeholders and convince through a cooperative and winning way.
- Strong personal responsibility, independent working methods and a high willingness to learn in a complex and dynamic environment.
