In this function, you act as the central contact person for the customer and advise them both by telephone and in writing. The focus is on the efficient handling of all orders, reliable coordination of internal processes and high service quality. It requires strong communication skills, a structured and independent working method and very good knowledge of German. Good French and English skills are also required to ensure competent support for multilingual customers. The customer companies are active in various sectors, in particular in industry and trade as well as in other diverse economic sectors. 02 Your task – contact person for customer inquiries by phone or e-mail – Creation and sending of offers – Recording and processing of customer orders in the ERP system Processing of complaints in cooperation with after-sales Maintenance of customer master data in CRM/ERP 03
