Main responsibilities
- Friendly and competent care of our guests
- Drinks and food at the buffet incl. Debt collection
- Active sales with targeted additional sales and recommendation of the current specials
- Advising guests on our offer and information on allergens
- Compliance and implementation of hygiene regulations (HACCP) Requirements
- Professional experience in gastronomy or service is advantageous
- Friendly, customer-oriented appearance and pleasure in guest contact
- Affinity to system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
- Readiness for shift work as well as weekend and holiday services
