Role overview
For the ZKB staff restaurant, which is operated by Catering Services Migros, we are looking for a person with service and management experience in the position of restaurant manager.
The Panorama restaurant is a culinary à la carte restaurant where employees and guests can eat on behalf of the ZKB.

- Management of the Panorama restaurant and active participation as a host including service work such as flambéing, carving and filleting
- Employee management, deployment planning as well as motivation and development of the team
- 3-4 years of professional experience: in a similar function, preferably in gourmet gastronomy or 5 hotel industry
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): as a restaurant specialist
Main responsibilities
- Management of the Panorama restaurant and active participation as a host including service work such as flambéing, carving and filleting
- Employee management, deployment planning as well as motivation and development of the team
- Organisation, planning and implementation of events and events Ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Management of reservations as well as preparation of offers and administrative tasks
- Close cooperation with the kitchen and support of the division management
Key requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience: in a similar function, preferably in gourmet gastronomy or 5* hotel industry
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): as a restaurant specialist
