  • Creation of calculations, business presentations, and collection of relevant information to support sales and project activities
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly order intake reports
  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating meetings, workshops, and corporate events, including agenda preparation
  • Preparation and consolidation of monthly order review documentation
  • Monitoring and controlling project budgets on a monthly basis in close collaboration with the Project Management team
  • Management and maintenance of project-related data, documentation, and records to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance
