As a sales consultant: in Direct Sales, you are in direct contact with our customers via telephone and digital channels.

• lead convincing sales talks and recognize targeted sales opportunities
• Understand the needs of our customers and develop suitable insurance solutions
• recognizes additional customer potential and uses cross- and upselling opportunities
• Work with clear sales targets and take responsibility for your performance
• uses modern digital tools for consulting and sales

Selling is your strength – and success motivates you.

• You bring sales experience and ideally proven success – regardless of industry
• You like to approach people, listen well and recognize customer needs and sales opportunities
• You convince with good arguments and also stick to objections
• You enjoy graduation and ambitious goals inspire you
• You work independently and independently and want to continuously develop
• You communicate safely in German and bring at least one other language – French or Italian. Other languages are a plus

We invest in your education

For your work in insurance consulting, the corresponding VBV qualification is required. Not yet? No problem. We support you on the way to the necessary VBV qualification and thus invest specifically in your professional development.

You will receive a structured and practical training with us and will be introduced step by step to insurance consulting. In this way, you combine your existing sales talent with new expertise and a recognized qualification.

During the first six months, you should ideally be available for training in a 100% allowance.
