- You are responsible for the administrative processing of supplies of rehabilitation technology and orthopaedic technology (offering and mailing of offers, follow-up with payers, delivery note creation, reporter creation, master data maintenance, etc.).
- You are responsible for scheduling for service & repairs, new and sports equipment, special construction SOB and aid consulting, including possible transport planning and creation of reports.
Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for the administrative processing of supplies of rehabilitation technology and orthopaedic technology (offering and mailing of offers, follow-up with payers, delivery note creation, reporter creation, master data maintenance, etc.).
- You are responsible for scheduling for service & repairs, new and sports equipment, special construction SOB and aid consulting, including possible transport planning and creation of reports.
- You will maintain telephone, written or personal contact at the reception with patients/clients, insurance companies and the other departments of the clinic (physical and occupational therapy, foundation, social service, patient administration and technical service).
- You process requests for rental equipment including the associated administration and the submission of the equipment.

- You are responsible for the management and organization of the new equipment, exhibition, occupation and rental pool.
- You support the employees of the rehabilitation technology department (everyday assistance, service & repairs, new and sports equipment, special construction SOB), orthopaedic technology and supply chain management with your foreign language skills. Requirements
- For this versatile commercial activity you have a completed commercial training and ideally bring industry knowledge.
- For this function, good language skills in French and/or Italian are desired.
- Knowledge of scheduling and scheduling is an advantage.
