Key requirements
- You have commercial or business training;
- Further training in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
- You have experience in supply chain management, master data maintenance or a comparable administrative function.
- You communicate confidently in German and ideally have good knowledge of English and French.
- You work well with SAP and Excel and feel comfortable in system-supported processes.
- You think analytically, work in a structured manner and have a strong understanding of processes and relationships.
- You check, manage and store regulatory documents such as MDR certificates and declarations of conformity in SAP.
- You maintain item classifications (eClass) and risk classes and ensure their correct mapping in SAP.

- You process material and GTIN applications according to the defined SOPs.
- You check, manage and store regulatory documents such as MDR certificates and declarations of conformity in SAP.
- You maintain item classifications (eClass) and risk classes and ensure their correct mapping in SAP.
- You create customer and creditor master data and support the continuous optimization of SCM processes.
