- Du verfügst über gute Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive und motivierende Haltung. Zudem arbeitest du zuverlässig und selbstständig, bist lösungsorientiert, belastbar und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
- In der Projektierung und im Projektmanagement bist du durch deine gesammelten Erfahrungen sattelfest. Ebenfalls bringst du Kenntnisse in der Bahntechnik, insbesondere im Bereich Fahrbahn und/oder im Bereich Gleistiefbau mit.
- Idealerweise verfügst du über ein Studium in Bauingenieurwesen (ETH/Uni oder FH) und konntest bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Gleistiefbau-Projektierung und Projektleitung im Fahrbahnbereich sammeln oder in der örtlichen Bauleitung im Bereich Gleistiefbau.
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich mindestens C1) und besitzt idealerweise Kenntnisse in Französisch.
