Main responsibilities
- You support us with your creativity in the area of flowers and plants, and with great attention to detail you bind attractive and tasteful bouquets to customer wishes.
- You are responsible for various services (e.g. textile mesh, photo machine, PickMup)
- You provide first-class customer service and support our customers with various concerns, such as returns and complaints,
- You ensure the high quality of our products
- If required, you can also support in other store areas
Key requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience: in the field of flowers/plants
- Complete professional teaching (EFZ): as a florist*in or in detail trade You enter customer-oriented and friendly
- You like to work independently and reliably
- You are going to be confident with customer complaints and willing to communicate and effectively
