- Design various digital training content (e-learning, micro-learning, videos, interactive modules, podcasts, quizzes, etc.)

- Define and manage a content roadmap aligned with retail requirements
- Collaborate with professional experts to identify and prioritize relevant content
- Ensure editorial, visual and online user experience consistency with brand DNA
- Structure and lead a community of ambassadors retail to stimulate engagement
- Set up animation mechanics (challenges, digital events, best practices)
- Organize workshops, collect field needs and co-create training courses
- Provide administrative management of the LMS for the department
- Lead communication and performance monitoring (commitment, impact, recommendations for improvement)

- Mastering content creation tools (Articulate, Rise, Captivate, EasyGenerator, video, motion design, etc.) The knowledge of CSOD is a plus
