Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for the topic of bulky goods throughout the group and develop uniform standards, processes and specifications for all locations
- Together with the company management on site, you implement your specifications across locations and ensure that they are lived sustainably.
- As a central interface and first point of contact, you support companies, dispatch and management in all bulky goods issues.
- By analyzing volumes, throughput times and costs, you identify potential for optimization and actively promote group-wide improvements
- Investment and infrastructure decisions relating to the handling, storage and transport of bulky goods accompany you from planning to implementation
- For a sustainable knowledge transfer between the locations, you ensure by exchanging best practices and training the teams on uniform standards Profile:
- You have in-depth experience in logistics as well as in parcel or general cargo handling, ideally in relation to bulky goods
- Several years of experience in professional management across several locations distinguishes you
- With your pronounced process understanding, you think across locations and develop practical solutions that you consistently implement.
- You analyze figures, volumes and economic relationships with a trained glance and derive informed decisions from them.
