Introduction For our Mechanics department, we are looking for a Micromechanic (M/F) whose main mission will be to assemble tools and small equipment, as well as to ensure the production of complex mechanical parts in small series on conventional machines.
- Introduction For our Mechanics department, we are looking for a Micromechanic (M/F) whose main mission will be to assemble tools and small equipment, as well as to ensure the production of complex mechanical parts in small series on conventional machines.
- Carry out the assembly, adjustment and fine-tuning of production tools used by the entire Manufacture
- Work closely with the technical office, production and project managers to ensure delivery times and quality of the tools delivered
- Vocational training certificate in micromechanics or equivalent title
- Be comfortable with the production of small parts using conventional machining
Main responsibilities
- Carry out the assembly, adjustment and fine-tuning of production tools used by the entire Manufacture
- Work closely with the technical office, production and project managers to ensure delivery times and quality of the tools delivered
- Actively participate in the validation and approval processes of these tools Profile
- Vocational training certificate in micromechanics or equivalent title
- Be comfortable with the production of small parts using conventional machining
- Master the reading of technical plans and have experience in the assembly of precision mechanical assemblies
- Demonstrate great rigour in finishing (polishing, lapping, adjustment, cleanliness, ...)
- Be conscientious, diligent and have a quality-focused vision down to the smallest details
- Be able to integrate into a small team and actively participate in the cohesion of the group
