To strengthen our team in Zurich Oerlikon we are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Manager with immediate or by agreement your role As a Senior Marketing Automation Manager you play a central role at the interface between marketing, data and technology.

As an in-house agency of the Emil Frey Group, we support importers and dealer networks in the design and implementation of their data-driven customer communication. You are responsible for expanding our marketing automation landscape with a clear Big-Picture approach: you think in consistent customer journeys and ecosystems instead of in ad hoc actions. We are looking for a personality that inspires stakeholders for new ways, speaks to developers and data specialists at eye level and does not shy away from entering the technology itself in the case of data flows and system logics.

Your tasks Customer Journey Architecture

• Conception, implementation and optimization of automated customer journeys along the entire lifecycle
• Translation of sales and marketing targets into working marketing logics
• End-to-end performance Analysis and derivation of optimization measures
• Ensure quality, consistency and technical stability Platforms, data flows & interfaces
• Support and configuration of the marketing automation and CRM landscape
• Well-founded understanding of data flows, interfaces (APIs/Webhooks) and morphal

Data structures

• Close cooperation and requirement management with internal developers and data specialists in system integrations, segmentation rules and error analyses Stakeholder consulting & processes
• Expert advice from importer brands and dealers: Track requirements in a structured manner and convincingly convey added value of modern automation approaches
• Prioritization of requirements for feasibility and business impact
• Standardization of marketing processes & infrica

• Good understanding for ligamental data models, data flows and interfaces for smooth collaboration with technical specialists
