As of now or by agreement, you have the chance to do so as property manager (specialist) in our dedicated team.
Tasks
- Administration of rentals, incidental cost invoices as well as order and invoice processing in SAP
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of periodic maintenance, maintenance and repairs
- Assessment of building damage, management of external business services as well as acceptance and handovers
- Support for budgeting, forecasting and multiannual planning as well as the preparation of cost estimates
- Ensuring data quality in SAP as well as close coordination with management, finance and object management
Profile
- Completed basic technical or commercial training with further training in real estate management, facility management HF or as a construction manager
- Studying (BSc/MAS Facility Management or Real Estate) is an advantage.
- Professional experience in real estate management, management or technical maintenance/construction coordination with secure handling in commercial processes
- Technical understanding of construction and operation combined with business thinking and cost awareness
- Structured, self-responsible and reliable working method with high service requirements
- Team-capable personality with strong communication and coordination
