About us
The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our offer ranges from counselling for older people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care and care at home. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide ambulatory services for our nine contract municipalities. With our comprehensive range of care services, we enable people to stay in their usual home for as long as possible despite health restrictions. In the future, it is planned to establish a night spitex.
Tasks
- Establishment and continuous development of the educational sector in the outpatient setting of the health center
- Superordinate responsibility for the implementation, coordination and quality assurance of the training assignment in accordance with the Education Ordinance and operational requirements in the nursing area for training at the tertiary, secondary and assistant levels as well as for trainees
- Coordination of the various training courses in close cooperation with the vocational trainees as well as the department and team leaders
- Implementation of the interface function with educational institutions and other partners
- Checking compliance with the educational plan as well as the individual learning processes of all learners
- Accompanying, supporting and promoting our learners and students
- Professional support for our vocational trainees in everyday life
Profile
- They have completed training as a nurse HF with SRK recognition and at least 600 proven hours of learning and in-depth training in vocational training.
- They have profound experience in vocational training, ideally in the Spitex or ambulatory environment, and are familiar with the nursing education system and the cantonal requirements in the canton of Zurich.
- They are characterised by a strong social competence, appreciate interdisciplinary cooperation, attach great importance to network maintenance and work constructively with internal and external educational partners.
- They cultivate an appreciative approach, communicate clear expectations, assess fairly and also conduct challenging conversations safely.
- They convince with a high sense of responsibility, an independent, structured and reliable working method and high flexibility.
- They have excellent knowledge of German in words and writing, communicate openly, make binding agreements and act solution-oriented.
- You have a category B driving licence.
