• Overall responsibility for technical development projects from idea to series production
• Planning, management and coordination of international, cross-functional project teams
• Management of stakeholders and management of project meetings and workshops
• Ensuring project controlling, reporting and requirement management
• Identification and proactive management of project risks
• Technical training with further training at the level of FH or comparable (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering of a comparable subject)
• Multi-year experience in the management of technical development projects and product development
• A strong communication and team capability as well as an independent and structured working method
• High technical understanding in mechanics and electrical engineering
• Committed, solution-oriented personality with passion for innovation and project management
• Very good German and English skills (min. B2/C1)
• Experience in the automotive industry and project management certification (e.g.PMP, IPMA) are beneficial What awaits you
