Full description
- Promoting and anchoring a safety-first culture and supporting continuous improvement in health, safety and environment
- Analysis, further development and implementation of improvements in existing quality management
- Documentation and monitoring of quality processes
- Identification, control and planning of systematic quality cases
- Management of a quality task force for extensive quality cases
- Coordination of certifications, conducting audits and introducing new certifications
- Support internal departments in compliance with quality guidelines and handling overarching quality cases
- Preparation of analyses, reports, reporting and presentations
- Basic technical training (e.g. polymechanic, etc.)
- Experience in quality management, HSE and certification, ideally in industry or production
- Further training in quality management (QM auditor, certifications such as IATF / ISO 9001/14001 beneficial)
- Empathic, communication-strong personality with high quality and customer orientation
- Analytical, solution-oriented and team-capable working method
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of 2 team members
- Very good knowledge of German and English
