Your mission

As Head of Controlling, you are a sparring partner: in the management team and provide well-founded analyses, meaningful key figures and transparent reporting for sustainable corporate management. You combine strategic thinking with operational implementation and thus create the basis for sound decisions.

Head of Health Care Controlling (80-100%)

Your tasks

• You lead the controlling department and develop it professionally and organizationally
• You develop a group-wide control and key figures system
• You are responsible for budgeting, forecasts and profitability and investment analyses for our companies and locations
• You create a meaningful management reporting for the management board and the board of directors
• You will analyse performance, cost and case structures in the healthcare sector and derive concrete recommendations for action from them.
• You are responsible for the company accounting taking into account the REKOLE® standards
• You ensure the timely delivery of data for hospital statistics, SDEP, ITAR K and other external agencies
• You create ad hoc analyses and reports for different stakeholders
• You drive the digitalization and optimization of our controlling processes and data structures

You bring that with you

• Completed studies (FH or university) or an equivalent education and training in business administration, finance or controlling
• Several years of in-depth experience in controlling a hospital or organisation in the healthcare sector – this is what we require for the position
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a good sense of business connections
• An entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and joy in helping to shape change
• High IT affinity as well as a structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic working method
• Communication strength, team spirit and a service-oriented appearance
