In order to strengthen our small, dedicated team in resource management at the Waid and Triemli sites, we are looking for a communicative, resilient and solution-oriented personality immediately or by agreement. The job is limited to two years, with an option of renewal, and offers a varied and dynamic everyday work.
Tasks
- You coordinate the daily personnel resources and organize short-term personnel assignments on our care stations.
- You control the personnel management through our care pool, Flexpool and external personnel service providers.
- You will be in close contact with station and group management as well as employees and will find pragmatic solutions even in demanding personnel situations.
- You recognize bottlenecks early, set priorities and keep track of numerous simultaneous requests.
- You ensure a smooth flow of information and reliable, traceable operational coordination.
Profile
- Completed vocational apprenticeship, knowledge in the nursing area and experience with the procedures of a hospital are advantageous
- Strong organisational talent with networked thinking, forward-looking work and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Safe handling of digital work equipment and rapid familiarization with new systems
- Strong communication skills in the sovereign, clear and appreciative treatment of leaders and employees
- Decision-making, solution-oriented personality with calm and overview even in hectic situations
- Structured, efficient and reliable working methods, high personal responsibility and flexibility in a dynamic working environment with changing priorities
