- Master's degree in Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
- Several years of experience in the design and development of mechatronic systems.
- Strong expertise in mechatronics, drive technology, and system-level engineering.
- Experience working in early-stage concept development and technology exploration.
- Understanding of sensors, actuators, embedded systems, and control technologies.
- Familiarity with automation, and emerging mechatronic technologies.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and able to develop creative solutions for complex challenges.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
