3 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Project Management.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead the technical onboarding of global airlines and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) onto Google Flights, integrating complex partner feeds and dedicating significant engineering effort to the implementation, scaling, and debugging of dynamic pricing structures.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for airlines, Business Development, and other internal teams, communicating complex technical issues clearly and driving initiatives to improve data quality.
  • Own end-to-end data quality frameworks across Google Flights, replacing manual processes by building automated validation pipelines, scalable data ingestion mechanisms, and troubleshooting tools. Collaborate directly with Zurich-based
  • Software Engineering and Product Management to test and ship backend improvements, regulatory compliance measures, and dynamic pricing updates.
  • Serve as the ultimate escalation point to diagnose root causes of pricing mismatches, feed failures, and integration blockades using deep data analysis (SQL) and log inspection.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Project Management.
  • Experience in software development in Java.
  • Experience with data analysis and querying using SQL.
  • Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTTP, APIs, XML, JSON) and troubleshooting technical integrations.
  • Experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation and data analysis.
