We are looking for a driven individual who will play a key role as a team lead in a collaborative team in Bratislava providing IFRS 17 valuations for Zurich – Farmer New World Life (US).

- As Reporting Team Lead, your main responsibilities will include:
- Motivate, drive, coach and develop people in your team
- Support team members to deliver timely and accurate analyses under IFRS 17 and other metrics
- Preparing and explaining the analysis results to the FNWL Chief Life Actuary
- Provide suggestions and challenge the team in identifying, developing and implementing efficiency improvements and maintenance for related IFRS17 reporting and planning processes and systems
- Communication and collaboration with our client, promotion of our services
- Coordinate and deliver training and education on capital management topics Your Skills and Experience
