Your tasks

• You lead, plan and recruit the administration team of the Medical Directorate (around 10 FTE) and take responsibility for the associated cost centre.
• As the central contact person, you ensure cooperation with the university and the Research Center for the Child (FZK) and are responsible for the proper administration of third-party funds of the Medical Directorate.
• Together with the medical profession and the other administration areas, you will continuously develop the administration of the Medical Directorate and adapt it to future requirements.
• You harmonize and standardize administrative processes in your area of responsibility and are actively involved in transformation and optimization projects across management and departments.
• With your team, you ensure smooth administration operations and take over operational deputies to a limited extent. These include agenda and meeting management, contract and entry management and the structured introduction of new employees.
• You actively shape change processes, accompany your team through change and promote a successful implementation of innovations with suitable change management measures. Your profile
• Basic commercial or paramedical/medical training with continuing commercial education
• Several years of leadership experience with appropriate training in management, leadership and/or organizational development
• Strong and trained process and project understanding with focus on efficiency and resource optimization
