To complement our team in the care service day we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by arrangement as Nursing professional HF / DN II / AKP (50%) At the heart of what we do is people with disabilities. As a responsible, reliable and resilient personality, you support a large professional nursing service team. The Wagerenhof Foundation in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for more than 100 years and offers over 50 employees in assisted jobs. We are a recognized, non-profit institution with a social mission. With a demand-oriented offer of living and care places as well as various day and leisure offers, we promote the quality of life, participation and self-determination of our residents. The special features of the Wagerenhof include size and Dörfli character, which allows space for encounters. For this we give you the responsibility
- Nursing-medical care of our residents and professional support of employees in the living environment Living, leisure and work
- Support for preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Cooperation in interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
- Monitoring and case support in case of deterioration of the health status of the residents
- Controls, laboratory activities and blood sampling

- Nurse (HF, FH, DN II or AKP)
- Several years of work in various areas of care
- Good professional and social skills
- Good PC knowledge and very good German skills in word and writing
- RAI knowledge is beneficial
