Tasks: • They care for patients in our interdisciplinary intensive care unit and are gradually introduced to the special requirements of intensive care. • You monitor vital signs, detect changes in patient status and continuously expand your professional skills • They work closely with experienced nurses, intensive care specialists and the medical and interprofessional team • With increasing experience, you take on more responsibility in patient care and in day-to-day work in the station • You are actively involved in the team and shape the further development of our intensive care unit Requirements • You have completed training as a nurse / nurse specialist HF/FH • You have professional experience in acute care and would like to develop professionally • Monitoring care and intensive care arouse your interest – training in monitoring care or NDS HF intensive care can Imagine yourself as the next development step • They like to take on responsibility, think and actively participate in the team • You are a committed, willing and reliable personality with high social skills We offer: • We accompany you individually and in a structured way when entering intensive care • Step by step, you expand your competences in the care and monitoring of critically ill patients • Depending on your interest and development, we support you on the way to monitoring care or NDS HF intensive care • You work in an experienced team in which professional exchange, mutual support and personal development are of high priority • You will find a manageable intensive care unit with a family atmosphere and short decision-making paths.
