- Act as Group Security and Resilience liaison manager with the country security managers/coordinators (CSM/CSC), the country CEOs, and the Heads of Central and East Europe (EUCE) or West Europe (EUW).
- Drive the consistent implementation of Holcim’s Security & Resilience governance in the Europe (EUCE or EUW) region.
- Assist the CSM/CSC with the implementation and continuous improvement of Holcim’s Security & Resilience governance in their country.
- Provide expert guidance to the business in the proactive management of security risks, ensuring the protection of people, assets, and reputation.
- Deliver and support training and awareness programs to embed a culture of security and resilience in the region.
- Maintain regional situational awareness, including internal and external risk assessments, to inform business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with governments, authorities, international agencies, and private security providers. Crisis Management and Incident Response:
- Oversee and coordinate regional security operations to ensure they are aligned with corporate standards and respond effectively to security incidents.
